Columbian School is located at 330 South 127 Street in Omaha. Students are served in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. 

While valuing and maintaining traditional approaches to instruction, the academic program for students is greatly enhanced with the incorporation of computer technology and enrichment activities. 

The cooperative partnerships of teachers, parents, businesses, and community members have produced human and financial resources that support the academic and social endeavors of Columbian School.

4PC Baskets Needed!

Raffle & Bake Sale

Thursday, September 11th

4PC's biggest fundraiser is the Basket Raffle and Bake Sale on the night of Open House.  But we need baskets to raffle!  They can be simple or elaborate - you decide!  Not feeling creative?  No worries - the 4PC will happily accept cash donations and put a basket together for you!  For more information about the Basket Raffle and Bake Sale on Thursday, September 11th, click here.



At the Next PTO Meeting...

Matt Scanlan, Columbian's OPS board member, will be speaking at the PTO meeting on Monday, September 8th at 6:30 p.m.  He will be giving an update as well as answering questions about the upcoming bond issue.  Please plan on attending.

Will Be Visiting Columbian

on October 7th!

We are so lucky to have children's book author, AARON REYNOLDS, as our guest at Columbian on Tuesday, October 7th.  He is the author of Golden Sower nominated book Creepy Carrots, and the popular graphic novel series Joey Fly, Private Eye and Tiger Moth, Insect Ninja.  Students have an opportunity to purchase books written by Aaron and to have them autographed when he visits.  If you would like to order one of Aaron's books, please click here to download an order form (with book options available) to return, with payment, by SEPTEMBER 8th to Mrs. Nicholson in the library.  Please make checks payable to Columbian.


Many of these books are available to preview in our library - feel free to stop by if you would like to have a look before purchasing.
